This is an intermediate low impact shadowbox class. Start with a low impact warmup that will get your heart pumping while easy on the joints. knee hugs to rotation, squat to lateral lunge, inchworms to push up then to squats, and high plank shoulder taps. Then, spend three rounds building out the combo. Finish with a freestyle and conditioning round. This class will get you sweaty and challenge your technique while being conscientious of your time and joints.
