Round 1: Grounding. Puppy dog pose and spinal flows.
Round 2: Flow. Modified sun salutations with low lunge.
Round 3: Flow. Sun salutations.
Round 4: Standing Series. Upper spine backbends.
Round 5: Grounding & Savasana. Forward folds, closing sequence on the back, and savasana.
