Round 2: Flow. Sun salutation variation.
Round 3: Flow. Continued sun saluation flow from Round 2 and core burnout round.
Round 4: Standing Series. Single leg balancing with added challenge of core work.
Round 5: Flow. Chair and twist series.
Round 6: Flow. Tabletop core and backbending series.
Round 7: Grounding & Savasana. Hip opening and savasana.
30 minute shadowboxing class focusing on building up a combo from the basics and then burning it out. Low impact body weight movement with high intensity shadowboxing. Finish with an abs round for a full body burn.
