  • Day 1

    Join Coach Lany for a 30 minute cardio shadowbox class. Lany will guide you through some conditioning movements and build up a combo for a fun and dynamic class. Finish with an ab round for a head to toe workout.

  • Day 2

    A 30min full body cardio and bodyweight strength training class. No equipment required. Beginner to intermediate.

  • Day 3

    A great class for those just getting started at BoxUnion Digital or for those looking to nail down the fundamentals. Don't worry- you'll still break a killer sweat and punch it all out.

  • Day 4

    20min full body cardio and bodyweight strength training class with 1 round of cardio shadowboxing. Advanced.

  • Day 5

    Get your cardio in while keeping it easy on the joints with this 30 minute low impact shadowbox class. You'll get your heart rate up, build up a 6 punch combo, and end with a round of abs for an overall killer workout.

  • Day 6

    This class is all about power and control! Start with 15 minutes of explosive, high intensity interval training.     A quick 20min full body sweat! This total body cardio and bodyweight strength training class features dynamic exercises and quick bursts of intense movements as well as a short warm up to start. No equipment required. Intermediate level.

  • Day 9

    Get your heart rate up in this quick-paced 15min shadowbox class filled with explosions and speed. Join Master Coach Kyle to build up a combo and finish with a HIIT burnout round.

    This class is 20 minutes of non-stop cardio movement focused on working your core. With your core engaged and heart rate elevated, this class is a fat-burning, ab sculpting machine. No equipment necessary. Intermediate.

  • Day 11

    15 minute shadowboxing class focusing on building up a combo and then burning it out. Low impact body weight movement with high intensity non stop shadowboxing.

    30min full body HIIT class that includes some shadowboxing. This is a great class if you are familiar with the 6 fundamental punches and include shadowboxing! Beginner to intermediate. No equipment needed.

    Breakdown: 60% Boxing, 40% HIIT, Abs Round

    45min total body HIIT that includes a small amount of shadowboxing. Be ready to sweat, move and box! Intermediate. No equipment needed.
