BU’s 7 Day Cardio Habit Reset will combine our exciting HIIT classes with our extremely popular sculpt classes guaranteed to help increase your cardio endurance while working your entire body, muscle by muscle. This program is a fun way to add in some heart pumping workouts to the beat of the music. Mini bands and ankle weights are optional.

  • Day 1

    20-minutes of heart racing, muscle burning, total body sculpt! This class combines cardio with strengthening and toning. Jumping is involved so feel free to modify as necessary. No equipment required, ankle & hand weights optional.

  • Day 2

    A quick 20-min full body sweat! This total body cardio and bodyweight strength training class features dynamic exercises and quick bursts of intense movements as well as a short warm up to start. No equipment required. Intermediate level.

  • Day 3

    A 30 min full body cardio and bodyweight strength training class. No equipment required. Beginner to intermediate.

  • Day 4

    This 30-minute total body class features explosive cardio movements as well as toning and strengthening sequences. Expect some more dynamic, athletic, and higher impact movements.   • Day 5

    15-min lower body cardio and bodyweight strength training class, no equipment required, that combines boxing exercises with dynamic movements all to the beat of the music. Intermediate. No equipment needed.

  • Day 6

    A 30 minute sweat that will work every muscle! 20 minutes of HIIT followed by 10 minutes of ab work. No equipment required. Intermediate level.

  • Day 7

    30-minute total body strength, toning and cardio class with ankle weights. This class has minimal downtime to keep your heart rate up and your muscles engaged! Expect some more dynamic and higher impact movements mixed in, such as jumping and running.
