Our popular sculpt classes will help you create an unbreakable foundation hitting your glutes, abs and arms, combing low and high impact work while our Shadowboxing classes will keep you in fighting shape. For that extra sculpt burn, bands and weights are optional. However, no equipment is required.

    Get your heart rate up while keeping it easy on the joints with this 30 minute low impact shadowbox class.   • Day 2

    15-minute lower body and core strength and toning class with mini bands. Mini bands are used in the first two rounds and are optional. This class includes many static holds and slow and controlled exercises.

  • Day 3

    Get your cardio in while keeping it easy on the joints with this 30 minute low impact shadowbox class. You'll get your heart rate up, build up a 6 punch combo, and end with a round of abs for an overall killer workout.

  • Day 4

    30-minutes of heart racing, muscle burning, total body sculpt! This class combines cardio with strengthening and toning. Jumping is involved so feel free to modify as necessary. No equipment required, ankle & hand weights optional.

  • Day 5

    Join Coach Mo for a 30 minute shadowbox class. This workout features low impact conditioning, an oblique crushing combo, and an ab round for a total body workout.

    Low impact certainly does not mean low energy with this sweaty sculpt class. This 30 minute class will work your full body with an emphasis on your thighs and glutes using optional ankle weights. Intermediate level.

    Join Coach Rico for this upbeat yet low impact shadowbox class. You'll certainly still break a sweat while taking it easy on your joints. This class features several challenging combos and conditioning for a calorie torching cardio workout.

    Programmed for the advanced, this 30 minute sculpt class is no joke. You'll have your heart rate blasting, booty burning, and arms on fire. Great for when you need a serious cardio and toning session in a pinch. Equipment: ankle weights + dumbbells.

    Join Coach Lany for a 30 minute low impact shadowbox class. This is a great class for those new to boxing or who want to really hone in on the fundamentals. Warm up, build up the combo, get in some conditioning, and conclude with an abs round for a full body workout.
