    Get your cardio in while keeping it easy on the joints with this 30 minute low impact shadowbox class. You'll get your heart rate up, build up a 6 punch combo, and end with a round of abs for an overall killer workout.

  • Day 4

    30-minutes of heart racing, muscle burning, total body sculpt! This class combines cardio with strengthening and toning. Jumping is involved so feel free to modify as necessary. No equipment required, ankle & hand weights optional.
