For Day 10 we are getting our heart rate up! This class includes a full body cardio burn, bodyweight strengthening, and boxing exercises with dynamic movements all to the beat of the music.
This 40-minute workout includes a warm-up, 20 minutes of HIIT, and a post class stretch. Grab your water and towel and get ready to sweat and be motivated by Coach Lany!
