It’s time to reconnect the mind, body, and breathe. This Vinyasa based class gets you flowing to the beat of the music. Expect to start slow and set the breath up first. Once the breath and body are in sync you will move through each sequence multiple times to find your flow. This music-driven practice will take you out of your head and into your body.
