Growing up as a collegiate-level basketball player, Kyle first started boxing as a teenager to maximize his skills on the court. Now with a Movement Science B.S. from the University of Michigan and over 15 years of experience training with pro-level fighters, expect a super athletic, functional, technique-driven class loaded with authentic New York City swag and intensity. The goal is always constant never-ending improvement while celebrating every step of the way. By the end you’ll not only leave class with some slick new moves, but also with a newfound discovery of how dope of a human being you really are. Can’t stop, won’t stop!
