Lany has devoted her life’s work to fitness and health with a background in exercise science and holistic health. Lany believes movement is key to living in alignment. Through exploring multiple movement modalities, boxing was the one where she connected to most, which lead Lany to compete as an amateur boxer! Boxing has transformed her mindset – empowering her to take on her life aspirations!
