Born and raised in New Orleans, Mo has got that flavor and spice with the sass to match. Mo grew up dancing and singing and soon moved to Nashville right after high school. She quickly began working as both a professional singer touring with major artists like Darius Rucker and Jason Aldean, as well as a professional dancer for artists like Beyoncé and Florida Georgia Line. After years of traveling the country, Mo found her love for fitness and began training in kickboxing and boxing. She started teaching not long after and finally made her way to LA just a year ago to continue her journey in both fitness and entertainment. Mo has a passion for helping others find their joy in working out and unleashing their inner badass! It was no coincidence when she found her way into a BoxUnion class for the first time and immediately decided this community would be her home. With her bubbly personality, you’ll be sure to leave her classes smiling, sweaty, and ready to dance your way through the rest of your day.
