    This 20-minute low impact sculpt class focuses specifically on strengthening the core and the lower body. No jumping or running involved. This class is great for beginners or anyone new to taking Sculpt on BUD. Ankle & hand weights are optional to increase difficulty.

  • Day 2

    Don't be fooled by the unassuming wrist weights; this light weight, high rep workout carries a serious punch. On its own or paired with another workout, this class delivers on some serious arm toning action.

  • Day 3

    This 30-minute total body class features explosive cardio movements as well as toning and strengthening sequences. Expect some more dynamic, athletic, and higher impact movements.     Feel the burn with this 10 minute arm workout. This high rep, low weight sequence will really penetrate those upper body muscles for some serious toning and sculpting action.

  • Day 6

    Hit your abs and your glutes in this 15 minute toning workout with Master Coach Tara. Whether you want to fit in a workout in a pinch or are pairing this with the rest of your workout, this class is sure to get your abs burning and glutes working. Optional Equipment: Dumbbells, Bands, Ankle Weights

  • Day 7

    15-minute strength and toning class that focuses on the lower body and core. This class is great for beginners or any students new to the sculpt category. Super low-impact on your joints and won’t bother your neighbors downstairs as there is no jumping or running involved! Ankle weights optional.

  • Day 8

    Get ready to feel the heat with this 15 minute arm burn. Using the mini band, Master Coach Tara leads you through acute movements to target each part of your upper body. Safe to say you'll be feeling this one for a few days. Equipment: mini band. Advanced.

  • Day 9

    30-minute total body strength, toning and cardio class with ankle weights. This class has minimal downtime to keep your heart rate up and your muscles engaged! Expect some more dynamic and higher impact movements mixed in, such as jumping and running.

  • Day 10

    Join Coach Chelsea for a 15 minute abs series. This class is great to pair with the rest of your workout or take alone for some intense core work in a pinch.

  • Day 11

    This is a perfect 30-minute total body strength and toning class. This class will work every part of your body with no jumping or high impact movements involved. Ankle & hand weights are optional but not required.

  • Day 12

    Join Master Coach Tara for a 10 minute abs series. This class is great to pair with the rest of your workout or take alone for some intense core work in a pinch. Optional Equipment: Dumbbells, Bands

  • Day 13

    Programmed for the advanced, this 30 minute sculpt class is no joke. You'll have your heart rate blasting, booty burning, and arms on fire. Great for when you need a serious cardio and toning session in a pinch. Equipment: ankle weights + dumbbells.
