    Get your heart rate up while keeping it easy on the joints with this 30 minute low impact shadowbox class. This is a great class for beginners or those who just want to hone in on the fundamentals. Start with a warm up, build up the combo paired with some conditioning, and finish with an abs roun...

  • Day 2

    This class is perfect for those who are new to kickboxing or who just need to touch up on the fundamentals. After a high energy warmup, Coach Mo takes you through the basics followed by a series of combos. Its a fun, beginner friendly kickboxing party!

  • Day 3

    Get your cardio in while keeping it easy on the joints with this 30 minute low impact shadowbox class. You'll get your heart rate up, build up a 6 punch combo, and end with a round of abs for an overall killer workout.

  • Day 4

    Cardio Kickboxing utilizes all the strikes available to us as fighters. From punches to knees and elbows and kicks we get to throw everything. Cardio kickboxing does not require any equipment. If you are looking to incorporate more of your lower legs into your punching sessions this is your class.

  • Day 5

    Join Coach Mo for a 30 minute shadowbox class. This workout features low impact conditioning, an oblique crushing combo, and an ab round for a total body workout.

  • Day 6

    Cardio Kickboxing utilizes all the strikes available to us as fighters. From punches to knees and elbows and kicks we get to throw everything. Cardio kickboxing does not require any equipment. If you are looking to incorporate more of your lower legs into your punching sessions this is your class.

  • Day 7

    Join Coach Rico for this upbeat yet low impact shadowbox class. You'll certainly still break a sweat while taking it easy on your joints. This class features several challenging combos and conditioning for a calorie torching cardio workout.

  • Day 8

    Cardio Kickboxing utilizes all the strikes available to us as fighters. From punches to knees and elbows and kicks we get to throw everything. Cardio kickboxing does not require any equipment. If you are looking to incorporate more of your lower legs into your punching sessions this is your class.

  • Day 9

    Join Coach Lany for a 30 minute low impact shadowbox class. This is a great class for those new to boxing or who want to really hone in on the fundamentals. Warm up, build up the combo, get in some conditioning, and conclude with an abs round for a full body workout.
