Shadowboxing and will improve your movement on the bag, creating a more efficient workout. Bob weave your way through this dynamic program designed to level up your boxing game. Bag not required but highly suggested for maximum boxing gains.

  • Day 1

    Join Coach Lany for a 30 minute cardio shadowbox class. Lany will guide you through some conditioning movements and build up a combo for a fun and dynamic class. Finish with an ab round for a head to toe workout.

  • Day 2

    Our signature class condensed into 30 minutes! HIIT, boxing on the bag, and ab work come together for a killer full body, full mind workout. Join Master Coach Justin to build up a combo, ramp up your heart rate, and test your endurance.

  • Day 3

    A great class for those just getting started at BoxUnion Digital or for those looking to nail down the fundamentals. Don't worry- you'll still break a killer sweat and punch it all out.
