20 minutes to sculpt and flow with a focus on the lower body, specifically the inner thighs. This class will get you a bit more of a burn than your typical yoga flow, but still approaches each sculpting move with a yoga mindset.
This restorative practice moves through the body from the upper body to the lower body. Each shape will be held for a few minutes to give the body time to relax into each shape and free the body of tension.
